Business response:

Dear Adria -- I'm sorry that your children weren't immediately given crayons as they should have been. Just so you know -- the coloring books are at the door and customer's can help themselves. However I can assure you that the hostess's mistake was a mistake. She is very new and young and probably just forgot. Simple as that. We do not discriminate. We don't hire people who are prejudice. So fun! My friend and I had just seen an episode of Chopped where the owner of Pop Shop competed. We were inteiguided by her description of the restaurant and came for breakfast while on a road trip. We were delighted by the fun atmosphere of the restaurant, the friendly attitudes of the staff, and the AMAZING food. I'm so glad we ended up here, and I wish there were more Pop Shops around the country. Thank you for the great experience! Can't recommend the Brown Betty (apple/cinnamon) pancakes enough.

Shakes were great. But restaurant was tired (cracking seats in booths, scuffed paint on walls). Waitress was kind, but messed up our order. Mac & cheese for my daughter was heinous...over cooked noodles & gritty, mealy cheese whiz sauce. Burger was dry. Pancakes were not sweetened enough. Sure didn’t live up to it’s reputation.
