The waiter was great but the hostess was horrible. Barely greeted us when we came in and seemed to have an attitude.
Simple things could make this much betterlike any dishes that are called grilled cheese should be cheesy! It's very disappointing to bite into a grilled cheese I have all bread and hardly any cheese flavor . People are pleasant and accommodating , they can improve on some other dishes . When you're walking around talking about cheese and wearing sure they talk about cheese and cheese this and cheese that.... I'm expecting cheese.
We were there last night for a Birthday Dinner for my nephew. We had a great time. Great service!
Second time here. The restaurant was packed at 1pm but the 30 min wait was not unreasonable. When we sat down, realized the baby seat was broken but we were able to get a replacement. Service was fair to poor. Never got refills or extra napkins until we were almost finished and asked for them. Food was OK. We ordered nachos and the cheese was barely melted. Great food,good service,nice atmosphere..Its a place to visit often..
Service was really bad. Our waiter would have rather flirted with the waitresses (right in front of us) than come check on us. Took forever get our meal, any refills for drinks, and forget about trying to get the check. Everytime I made eye contact or gestures to get him to come over we were ignored. The food was pretty good, but not like I remembered it 5 years ago. My husband's cheese steak was just okay he said, nothing special. Another fun morning at The Pop Shop. Always great food, fast service, and wonderful company. My kids would eat every meal there if they had the choice.
Excellent breakfast and wonderful service today! The menu is full of delicious choices, but I had the French toast stuffed with warm apples...so good, couldn't finish it all.
Love this place, the atmosphere is so fun the food is amazing, I'm eating leftovers as I type. The milkshakes are worth the trip
