The food is usually pretty good. I purchased a Groupon to use here and we have been twice and have been unable to use it. The first time was my fault and the date we went was listed as being excluded. The second date was not listed. This is such an inconvenience as we drive 25 min. To go there.
Always a fun time at pop shop. The plates are packed with food and it's always good
Walter was a joy. He has such a great sense of his not and was extremely attentive to our needs. 5 star service. I'll definitely come back again!
Friendly staff, awesome food at very affordable prices.
It wasn't too bad. Tomato soup was blah. Fries 🍟 were so so. The cheese sandwich was good. The floors were filthy in the eating area and bathrooms.
Had great meal & the waiter was awesome. Gave us the best attention and info on questions of Collingswood area!
The food and service were both awful. I ordered my kids the mac and cheese and they wouldn't even touch it so I tasted it and I spit it right out. I told the server that it tasted bad and my kids wouldn't eat it and he just said "ok" and walked away. Never asked if they wanted something else or if there was anything he could do about it. Everything else we ordered was just fair, at best. Won't be back!!

Dear Nicole - I'm very sorry to hear about that. The server should have told the manager on duty who should have gotten you something the kids would like. That's the way it should work and I'm sorry it didn't. Can you private message me and let me know when you came in and who your server was?
The food is amazing and our server was so friendly. My little boy had his first experience and loved his milkshake!

Love the one in Medford not a big fan of this location (collingswood). Service was okay for how busy it was but got apps, and main course at same time. Waitress only came by to collect order and drop food as well as check. Staff seemed more concerned with looking at Thier cell phones or talking to one another, which would be fine if they were more tentative to customers.
