They are charging me $600 for one physician visit and that does not include my labs. I am being over charged because I have insurance, but the visit isn’t covered. I called and asked if they can give me a cash payment discount and they told me no. So if I had went in to my appointment with no insurance they would have charged me half that amount. This isn’t right to penalize patients who are insured.

Super bad experience, I went to Swedish for abdominal work and during my stay four different doctors from poly clinic showed up and shook my hand and did nothing else. I am unemployed and very poor I qualified for charity care thank God. A week after being released I received a huge bill from the poly clinic. I called and asked why doesn’t my charity care cover that bill? “Oh we don’t do charity care” hello!! That’s why I didn’t admit myself to poly clinic!!! What a nice racket ya got there. Beware of the poly clinic.

I’ve seen Dr Gorman for Rheumatology for over a decade and she’s wonderful. Everyone in her office has been super helpful and on top of things. I’ve also been to Podiatry, Neurology, ENT, Physiatry, blood draw, infusion clinic, and had imaging (MRI, XRays, CT scan) and everyone I’ve had has been from adequate to great. I love the “MyChart” system. Definitely recommend!
