Get a decent billing policy in place. They refer small amounts of less that $35 to collection agencies at exactly 90 days, without notification or any explanation, and have no online statements or review process, and their clerks can't answer any questions. I love my doctor, and am ready to leave Polyclinic because of this mistake in billing, and the callous treatment of me..

The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Just wish I didn’t have to go to Seattle for my injections. There’s a Polyclinic right here in Renton, but they’re not set up to deal with orthopedic issues.

The best service every time. The kindness and nicest people working to assist the professionals do their job the best that they know how to. Kudos to the Polyclinic staff.

Such an excellent organization. I am a cancer survivor. If not for Dr. Molly Carlson, and now Dr. Cooper, my survival would be in jeopardy. Instead, I am 10 years out from thyroid cancer. I am followed closely and I am grateful for their follow up and follow through. Having the lab available at the clinic off Madison is a Godsend. I drive from Sumner to be seen. I would drive further. Thank you to everyone who is part of the organization.

Dr. Murray is amazing! He takes time with me and listens, always a thoughtful partner in my healthcare.

I have been trying for 2months to get my medical records no knows how to get them I have talked to 5 or more in the last to months nothing. Without the doctors being as good as they are probably nobody would go their mychart system sucks and no one seems to care about helping you get your information.

Dr. Peggy Headstrom and her team were awesome. Dr. Headstrom performed my Colonoscopy what a differencce from my first one at a different clinic. Everyone was kind and treated me like I was the most important patient they were seeing that day. Dr. Headstrom took the time to talk to you and relieve any fears that I had and was running on time really running on time you don't hear that everyday. I will see you in 5 years Dr. Headstrom.

AVOID! My one and only polyclinic experience was HORRIFIC. I saw Dr. Goodman for a simple abdominal pain and have spent many months contesting the billing, which is unbelievably high. No one seems to care enough to return a call, let alone address my concern. I am an ICU nurse and I am not new to this. So when I am coded like I was as sick as an ICU patient, I have a hard time believing these people will make up all sorts of lies to squeeze money out of their patients. Somehow for a non-life threatening abdominal pain turns ... read more

I had cardiac testing yesterday and I want to thank Sandy, Christine, and Maria for their superb care. Getting onto and off of tables is difficult for me and they listened and worked with me so I could do it successfully. In addition, Sandy provides painless IVs, Christine explained each step of the procedure clearly so it was easy to understand, and Maria came up with creative ideas to help me get onto the table. Thank you.
