It saddens me to say that after 22 years as patients of The Polyclinic, my family is strongly considering a change. Physicians are worn out, some expressing their frustration very unprofessionally on social media. Management has turned a blind eye to the patient experience as evidenced by a disastrous patient information system conversion in the midst of a pandemic...lost medication info, missing history of care, etc. Appointments must be made weeks, if not months in advance, that’s if you can even get someone to call you ba... read more
My doctor very excellent service and the nurse are very friendly... I been patient since 2007 and until now .. from Rheumatoid doctor
My sister passed away unexpectedly in January with no assets, no husband, no dependents, and nothing to her name. Now almost 11 months later we're still receiving invoices for an outstanding bill from the Polyclinic. I've sent copies of her death certificate and have explained that my sister had nothing when she died. I called today to explain everything again and their response was "we'll send her to collections and then it will go to probate". Great, so let's just keep reliving the trauma of my sister dying every month whe... read more
Twice now my daughter’s appointments have been canceled and neither of us were notified. Their new billing is a nightmare and the doctors are often late, then the patient is rushed or your told you only get 15 min even though you need a longer appointment and specifically requested one. Both of us are actively seeking new providers in a different medical office. I don’t blame my doctor, she tries her best but the corporate constraints which govern how the practice is run is not patient centric and is all about maximizing pro... read more
Easy access Great DRs that listen well and are team players
Most horrendous place to go for patients & for a job. If you don’t believe me, check their reviews on GLASSDOOR. Lots of bullying & the staff is always hungover or high as a kite. Their a complete joke! Fyi: they don’t follow hippa. The staff will degrade clients WHILE the person is in the room waiting for the dr or MA. The float pool supervisor is a colossal jerk. I will never suggest this place to go for neither patients or medical staff jobs. Period.
you guys are the best thank you
Doctors are on time! Screened for fever and symptoms at the door and given a mask. All the waiting areas have seating spaced out. You cannot bring another person in with you. I felt pretty safe going in, 3 appointments back to back.
I have been ill for 3 years. I took a day off work, drove 6 hours round trip, and spent $40 on ferry crossings and $16 on parking to be told “there’s no data on that” and “we can manage your symptoms individually.” The only symptom management proposed was OTC hydrocortisone. I want my life back, and if I can’t have that, I want my wasted day back. “That’s just how your immune system is” is NOT an answer.
