The Polyclinic charged my wife $394 for an eye exam she did not receive. They made no indication to her about this charge, and told her that she would only be billed $94 for the visit. Her insurance did not cover either charges (despite assurance that it would be covered). I suspect that the Polyclinic have committed insurance fraud. I have already contacted the Washington Department of Health, the NHCAA, and the insurance company involved. I highly suggest your representatives contact me asap.
5 stars... The imaging department is the best: left a couple years ago but had to come back after negative experience @ another facility which shall remain nameless unless you outright ask me!
Excellent doctors, poor management. I received my health care from here for 8 years. All of the docs are excellent. Management needs to start over.
