I'm really tired of coming in with real health concerns and leaving with nothing but another stupid prescription. I want answers, not pills. If you actually cared about your patients and their wellbeing, you would work with the patients to get to the root cause of their problems. I'm still in massive amounts of pain, trouble breathing, and a slew of other symptoms. Prescriptions are not answers. You're the doctors. It's your job to help patients, not pass them off. Do your jobs.
I have been a patient of the Polyclinic for over 20years, the care has been wonderful although of late it takes weeks to get appointment sometimes. It's unfortunate that in the medical community customer service is no longer a priority. I could be dying and they would tell me it would be 3 weeks for an appointment.
Just dealt with the Accounting Dept. They applied my July payment to Dr. visits that I hadn't been billed for yet which made it look like I had ignored payments for visits that I was billed for. The August statement said I was behind in my payments when that wasn't the case. I was informed that Accounting staff knew of the computer problem; had discussed it with their management at least monthly and they were clueless how to fix the problem.
