They went from a 5 star all the way to a 1 star... the reason is simple...Their Billing Practices. I was just blamed for a delay in payment to a bill... WHEN they acknowledged receiving it almost 2 months ago. Billing Customer Service is the worst, their attitude is like they are too big to care about losing customers... Where is a Press Gainey survey when you need one!!
