If I could give the Policy 0 stars I would. I have never encountered a management company that is so disrespectful of its tenants, especially for the price they are charging to rent their apartments. I lived in my apartment for 1 year (2023-2024). I applied and was approved in April of 2023. However, they did not send me my lease for almost 2 months. The property management is never in the building. Packages are getting stolen daily. The building is never cleaned the floors and carpet is filthy and the management does nothing about it. Do not move here!!!!!
The apartment itself is lovely as is the maintenance department. However, the property management company does a terrible job communicating. They don’t notify when there’s going to be construction or for how long it will last. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with someone about anything. And, when you do, getting someone to actually help you is almost impossible.
Had a confirmed showing today but they stood me up for it with no call. Their management leasing office also won’t answer the phone.
Dexter pepper sprayed, thereby assaulting a perfectly calm and collected tenant for notifying him of something completely reasonable. This place should be avoided at all costs and he belongs in jail for aggregated assault. Don't walk, run.
