Absolutely the worst management I’ve ever experienced in my 15 years of being a renter. Need to talk to management? Good luck. The one thing you can really count on is they’ll raise your rent every year the maximum they’re legally allowed to. They’ve raised the rent for my basement level 1 bedroom over $230 in 3 years. Never wrote a review before but I feel compelled to do it now and maybe protect future renters. I had a very disappointing experience renting from The Policy. Despite paid rent on time, kept the place clean, and followed every rule when we left, I’ve been waiting over three months for any noticed and/or my security deposit money back. My apartment was infested with roaches,mice and other rodents. UIPPM is The worse property management in the District. Do not choose to live here.
