The only reason I'm leaving this apartment community is due to my job. If I could take the property and leasing agent, Dave, with me, I would. I lived here for two years and if I ever relocate back to Madison, I will absolutely rent here again. Clean, quiet, updated appliances, in unit laundry, spacious apartments, quick maintenance, trash located INSIDE... I doubt I'll like another place more.

My experience at The Pointe was amazing! Between management, additional residents, and apartment quality- I would move back if I could. This complex offers closeness to nature/peace while right off the main drag of Fitchburg. Management deserves an additional shout out because of their quick responses, and thoughtfulness for their residents. 10/10 in my book.
