I strongly caution anyone considering moving into this community. The latest issue: the leasing office has completely refused to provide any explanation for a sudden spike in utility charges. For example, my most recent trash bill(August) alone came out to $125 for just one month. On top of that, they now want to deduct two additional months of trash and porter fees and water fees, which is an additional 379$. from my deposit, claiming these charges are billed in rear. I’ve had a wonderful experience here since the first time I walked onto the property!!! The team is amazing!! Super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained, which makes living here really comfortable. On top of the amenities, they host monthly events for everyone to gather together. Overall, it feels like a community where the mgmt team truly cares!! Thank you Adriana and Burton for everything!! 🙏🏼
Great community to live in. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the building is constantly renovating to improve. We've lived here for many years and although there was a period of turnover with managers, the current manager Burton is especially helpful and has made the community feel more like home.
I recently toured this apartment and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The leasing team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable — they answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel right at home. The Pointe has been my home for 4 years now and I love it. I just renewed my lease for another year and a major reason for doing so was the dedicated and professional management team of Burton, Adriana, Daniel and Jesse. They run this property like a welk-oiled machine. The building is very clean, quiet and has many nice amenities. It's a very friendly community and they throw some pretty cool resident events.
