I went to The Pointe at Warner Center to look at a unit. I put in an appointment. When I arrived, no answer. I had to call multiple times via my own cell phone. I used the standalone telephone system in front of the apartment but did not get an answer. The representative that came to show the apartment stated that it was his first day. I asked one question, how old was the building and was told he did not know, it was his first day. After that, no talking. I came as a guest and stayed for 3 weeks! ! This place is AMAZING! Jesse and all the team starting from the administrative team, Chrystal, to the maintenance and cleaning crew! I highly recommend the Pointe you will not be disappointed. So clean, friendly and professional. If you are searching for an apartment this is your home! I moved into The Pointe almost three years ago and have seen a lot of management changes - which can typically account for a lot a lot of issues. The guiding was recently acquired by a new property management company and Adriana (new manager) is on top of everything! Complaints and maintenance issues are getting resolved quickly, suggestions are heard & acted on - it’s been an amazing transformation.
