Nice building looks like it’s been updated. Love that is next to the new training ground for the Rams .
We moved here after losing our house in the Palisades fire and it’s been a wonderful place to land after Avery hard time. The building is so well run - especially Adraina Galvan who is super responsive, supportive, and always has the answer you need. The tenants are lovely and the entire place is immaculate. It’s quiet, well designed and has great amenities. Parking is super easy too. It really feels like the landlords value the renters. I highly recommend it!
The staff here is amazing! We went in for a tour and I'm confident we'll be leasing a space here as well as a friend that toured with us! Burton was exceptionally helpful,as we had to reschedule, but he accommodated us with no issue even though it was a last minute change. The property was beautiful and by far one of the best we've seen since apartment hunting. You guys have us sold!
Just moved into The Pointe at Warner center this past weekend. It was a great experience as the management at the leasing office was extremely helpful. Burton and Adriana were terrific as they made it a smooth transition into the building.
