I lived here for two years and would recommend this place to anybody. Management is super friendly and helpful. BreAnna is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any problems we have. The Pointe is very affordable and the apartments themselves are built with quality unlike some of the others in Columbia.
I lived at Pointe for two years. The rooms are large and being next to the park is nice. However, when I moved into a new unit during my second year there, there was already previous tenant living there. Because of this, no inspection was ever done and ultimately I ended up losing money from my deposit for messes and damage that I did not cause even though I had noted these conditions in my move in sheet. I love living at the point! Very spacious on the inside and right next to a park!
I loved living at The Pointe. The units are very spacious which allows you and your roommates to have your own space while sharing a large kitchen and livingroom. The complex is locally owned, which I think helps them stand out from some of the larger commerically owned complexes. It is a small complex that offers many different amenities. I would defintiely recommend lviing here!
