Living at the Pointe has been one of the best experiences! The apartments are so spacious, the staff are super friendly, and they have great amenities. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place off campus to live!
Living at The Pointe for almost two years now has been a wonderful experience! The townhomes are extremely spacious and homey. The management is so friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are completed promptly. The amenities and location are great, with the complex being two minutes from many grocery stores and restaurants, and only 5 minutes from downtown Columbia. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to all students!
I’ve really enjoyed my time at the pointe! It’s a very pretty building with attentive housing staff.
I have loved my experience so far! They are so helpful and the units are so nice! I love that I don’t have to share a room or bathroom and how close to campus I am! It’s also in a very convenient location for food and shopping too! Having the park right outside my back door is also really nice!

I would recommend living here! Management is friendly. Great townhomes with a lot of room. It’s a quite area so that’s a plus. Also, not too far from downtown. It’s even affordable!
