I lived there for three years. The management and corporate office is all about making money. They have no sense of community. They are arrogant and don’t work well with tenants. When I moved out I left my apartment immaculate and the rugs clean. Now they’re trying to keep part of my security telling me they have to replace carpet a piece of the rug and for a cleaning service. I have been very happy living in The Pointe! The location is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The grounds and the pool are well-maintained, and I always feel safe. When people were upset about the new parking mandate, the staff listened to us, and changed the policy to remove the issues we were having. I look forward to living here for years to come! #ilovethepointe
