I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor management that you can't even get on the phone . Also significant rent increase after your lease is up.If one person complains about dog poo not being picked up I get 3 flyers on my door reminding people to " scoop the poop". Yet multiple people complain about their cars being rummaged through and things being stolen and that doesn't make the flyer...
I LOVEREE THIS PLACE. I lived here for two years and did not want to leave. They were always responsive to service calls the staff was sooo nice. It really hurt to leave. If they had bigger homes I would have never left. The only reason was that I needed more space.

Management is not very profession nor helpful. I only just moved in lil over 2 mths ago and was told I had to wait to move in for maintence and new carpet. Once moved in we have had numerous maintence issue and with this snow storm they werent very prepared even though we knew the weather in advance. As for snow removal it seem they only take care of there own as for we still have had our road plowed wven though every street around us has. You never can get ahold of anyone in the office. You leave a vm and no one calls you back. Since new management took over the service has gone down hill.
I really like living here with my family. It is a great location which is very convenient to get to part of the city and besides the friendly staff who runs the place .
