RecommendedI have just moved here, and it is a GREAT community! I feel like I am really in a HOME <3 The office and maintenance staff are incredibly responsive and professional and FRIENDLY! They truly make you feel valued as a member of their community.
Kristen and the staff were always reachable. After 2 years we relocated to Florida. I recieved my deposit (refundable amount) a month after arriving. In Maryland getting your deposit back just does not happen. I would recommend The Pointe. I never had an issue that I've read on this forum. Lucky for two full years I guess.

One of the best places where I lived from 2006 to 2010, from the maintenance people, secretaries and manager were the best, I had to move because of the start of my business.
Yes I Would Recommend People To Harpers Mill Because They Have Wonderful Townhouses And They Also Have A Great Staff. Ms Kristen & Ms Cynthia Are Great People Very Helpful And They Work With You Answer All Your Questions Even If You Have A Thousand, But Anybody That Moves Here Would Love It The Maintenance Men Are Also Wonderful I Enjoyed My Experience Their
I originally had changed this review from 1 star to 5, but after dealing with the UNPROFFESSIONAL office I cannot stress do not move here. Constant rescheduling of home inspections, not answering the phone. We’re done!!!! ALSO. when were you going to tell us that a neighbor has BED BUGS? You’re on your way to trouble.
I could not discourage anyone more from living here. Absolutely horrible neighborhood. The Pointe at Harpers Mill is a disgrace. Expect theft, property damage, facilities issues and a management team that is unprofessional.
