Smoke and Mirrors Prestigious luxuryis far from the truth. Although it is a decent place to live, it's not at all what it appears to be. The only thing close by is the airport. You will find out soon enough if you live here because the flight path is directly over the complex. The appliances, even if they are "stainless steel" are bottom line. not exactly as it seems Ive lived here for a few weeks now and here are my initial impressions...the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is pretty good. Close to restaurants and stores but not to busy. The exercise equipment is pretty good. The apartment sorta remind me of a fake Rolex watch. Looks good until you figure out what you got. LUXURY LIVING The apartment complex is brand new. Actually still under construction. Finishes are high end and high ceiling make it feel spacious. Amenities include 24 hour gym and outdoor pool with gas grills and fire pit. They offer bikes to use on nearby bike paths. There is also an electric car charging station. Sound proofing is great..can not hear neighbors. Management has been great to address all the minor problems with new complex.
Luxury at its best Brand new complex. Still under construction, but quiet overall. Apartments are spacious enough. Beautiful apartments. Gym is awesome, clubhouse would be better if open 24/7. Staff is helpful.
