ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Do not live here!!!
Once our year lease was up we wanted to move somewhere with a lower rent, but based on numerous apartments looked at both in Fairfield and Vacaville I’d have to say this place tops them all. Could rent be lower? Yes. But considering the good conditions of all amenities, maintenance always being on top of everything, trash always picked up on time and a very quiet area, I’d say the price is justified.
