Beware!! I moved here shortly after they opened. Everything was well taken care of at that point. THEN, they sold to Greystar. Worst management company i have ever dealt with. The office staff is horrible. I believe they work here for the free/discounted rent they receive because they could care less about the people that actually pay full rent to live here. Verified Renter I had a fast paced and limited time window to secure housing for a new job opportunity which required me to relocate. Trisha was phenomenal in coordinating everything remotely. Dominique was also a pleasure to work with to assist in my move in date. The leasing process went seamlessly. I've been extremely impressed with the community and apartment. I would highly recommend this community.
DO NOT MOVE HERE Chrisitina is the worst/most RUDE manager I have ever seen, she tried to evict my friend with NO proof of her throwing parties (she was actually out of town and got accused of throwing a party and came home to an eviction notice on her door) Christina is the most rude person to talk to and anything you do she will have a problem with it. On recording on property They allow youtubers to reside there and film in common areas other residents without their consent and upload them for followers to comment about you. Nothing negative so far but where is the respect and privacy while on property grounds

A great place! I really enjoy this place. The apartments are new and modern. It's a quiet and safe complex. The staff is friendly and maintenance was quick to resolve a few minor issues that came up. There's convenient access to stores too. I definitely recommend renting here.
I like it, I love it, I want some more of it I have absolutely nothing bad to say about The Point at Tamaya. The staff is awesome, the amenities are fabulous, and scenery is ab-so-lute-ly stunning. They even have a Starbucks machine in the lounge (like, yaaaaaaasss queen). If you're looking for a nice place to stay that's close to all Jacksonville has to offer, pleeeeeease don't pass this one by. You won't be sorry. ;)
Home Sweet Home I really love this community and the staff! I feel right at home, and I have never had that feeling in an apartment before. I am so happy here! :)
