Verified Renter The Point at Tamaya is very attractive, convenient and reasonably priced. The amenities are excellent and the staff is exceptional to work with. If you are looking for a mid-range apartment experience, I would definitely recomment the Point.

Verified Renter I've had to submit multiple work orders for pest control. I've even heard of scorpions showing up at peoples kitchens. I have a roach problem, but the front desk associates are very friendly and patient.
Not a great place When I first moved here I was very happy. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are spacious and beautiful. The management company in the beginning was nice . However the noise here is awful and the new management company doesn’t care . They are always making excuses for why people don’t have to be quiet during quiet hours or that we just have to hang tight until the noisy neighbors move out on their own terms .
