Verified Renter There is a friendly attitude with employees. However, as a long-time resident I can say that much of my input with my apartment and the community is not often taken seriously as a valuable resident. I spent 2 FULL days with a Palladium window replacement for a window that was replaced 16 months ago. I would just appreciate acknowledgement that there were errors made by Bozzuto Management for installing a faulty window knowing these windows were faulty to begin with.
Verified Renter Everybody has been so nice and welcoming since we moved in! The staff is very pleasant and helpful and the residents are amazing! I love the new gym it’s so clean and the new machines are perfect. Our home was move in ready and exceeded our expectations!

Verified Renter We love our townhouse and the community we live in. The only issue is surprisingly with maintenance. It was always great but we have been having trouble with our ice maker. There have been several visits with each time being told it was fixed. It’s not!! Overall the community is wonderful but we are frustrated by this issue.
