Good apartment for the location I moved here a few months ago, and it has been good. The staff is very friendly, and the service staff is great and will answer service requests pretty quickly. There are a few things that could be better, like the parking garage. Going through the corners of it you can't have two cars go someone has to stop and back up and let the other pass to get around, and the spaces can be very tight. The Point at Pentagon City I love the location of this building, we're located right in the DC Metro hub of Pentagon City. I'm in a studio apartment and they've done a really great job with the layouts of the studios. I have 530 square feet which can seem small, but the floor plan is very spacious. Unfortunately the apartment is not as well maintained as I would hope for.
Pretty Good Here! I've lived here a little over a year, and just renewed my lease. Here are my thoughts: Pros: Awesome location, spacious apartments, nice balconies, good storage space, relatively quiet, safe. Cons: Washer/dryer combo doesn't work, so I have to pay to use the laundry facility here; the parking garage is TERRIBLE; the hallway carpets are dark, dingy, and smelly. Building needs some upgrades Overall, this is good option, but it is probably worth it to pay a little more for a newer building. The building has a pool with lounge chairs, and a fenced-in dog area, so it is great for pet owners. The worst part is that the entire building is either on heat or AC, you cannot control which one is on for your apartment, which means when they turn the AC off for the summer (sometime in September or October), the apartment can be unbearably hot, and in May before they turn the AC on, it gets the... read more
The Point at Pentagon City This building is not the newest in the area; however, management has done a great job with renovations and upgrades! The prices are very competitive and all of the office staff and front desk personnel are very kind and helpful. The location you can't beat! It is only two blocks from the nearest metro, parks, restaurants, shops, and much more!
