Terrible building This building is terrible - don't waste your money! There is no soundproofing so you hear every time a car goes over a bump in the road (which is a lot because huge dump trucks and trash trucks and delivery trucks roar up and down the poorly maintained street outside). Staff is incredibly rude (except for the one longstanding staff member, Travell, who is an angel, but is only there half the day on weekdays) and turnover is extremely high so no one has any clue what they're doing and 0 motivation to find ou... read more

Stay away Incompetent management, full of roaches( i mean really full, you see 7 per day in your kitchen and bathroom) fire alarm doesn’t go off unless there is a fire 3 feet away from you.There is allegedly 3 elevators but you’re lucky if one works. Unit laundry machine and dryer are not able to take a normal load , cause if you’re trying to wash more than 3 pair of socks and a shirt the washer is gonna stop and the dryer is gonna take forever to dry all of it so you’re obligated to go to the ground level where the building... read more

Great Location The Point at Pentagon City is in a convenient location that's metro accessible and allows for ready access to the yellow and blue metro lines. Generally, the noise insulation has been good in my apartment and the amenities at this apartment include a pool and gym. Though the building isn't exactly "new," the rent rates are competitive here and the apartments have all been renovated.

Very poorly maintained, filthy and unhygenic ground floor, dog feces on carpeting, walls never painted and cockroaches everywhere. It has been several months since the leasing office indicated that the ground level walls would be painted. They are filthy and according to longer term residents, they have not been painted in two years. Likewise, the carpets are filthy and smell of dog feces, as the dog run is by the swimming pool area, and accessible only over the ground floor carpet. Management is Terrible I've lived here for over a year. The management is terrible. Here is an email I sent to the management recently and the response I received. This has been my experience. My email to them: Kevin, Please address the following issues as well: 1) explain why all of the elevators were off last week for several hours. Why isn't there a full time guard here overnight? Convenient Location - Especially for a Shopaholic The Point at Pentagon City is just a short 10 minute walk from the Pentagon City metro stop (blue and yellow line trains) and the Pentagon City Mall. All of your shopping needs can be met just a short walk from this apartment complex. The building itself is a 30 something year old relic that's not much to behold from the outside. The Point at Pentagon City - Satisfactory Accommodations, Unsatisfactory Management I would like to be able to give The Point at Pentagon City five out of five stars on this review, I really would. I cannot, however, in good conscience make such a claim. The point at pentagon city i like everything about this place and i recommend it to everyone. Great amenities. Great people. Close to everything. Cozy and comfort. Quite and clean. Family place. Friendly neighborhood.
