RENT TODAY! I inquired about renting at The Point at Winterset and toured the community with Ms. Aprile. I can speak on so many things as the community was quiet, clean, beautiful, the unit shown was spotless, spacious and absolutely lovely and they had all the amenities I wanted. Wonderful experience, nice to be here Apartments surroundings are maintained well. Nice to be here. The location of the apartments is quiet, convenient, and the property is always maintained. The standards of professionalism is always displayed by the staff members with a polite greeting, warm welcome and sense of urgency to assist with whatever is needed. Luxury Apartment Living at its BEST I have been living here at Springfield for 6 months now and could not be happier with my decision! I had moved here not only from out of State but also from a home that required constant upkeep and attention. Here at Springfield, you have a beautiful environment outside and inside to call home. loving my new home!!!!!!!!!! I called Springfield apartments because I was moving from Memphis and needed a place to live. Glad I did because the staff here is great. Ashley assisted me over the phone I never had to drive here to do anything, she emailed me a link to see a 2 bedroom townhome that I was interested in but nevertheless I got the 3 bedroom because it was everything I needed and more. Will not recommend Briarwood was good (Avalon management) But not the current management (Panco) . They are not really concerned about tenants. if you expect them to solve any issues , you are wrong .. No way they will do it. Had a very bad experience with property manager and the staff at leasing center. Not worth for the rent your paying , there are many better choices around in owingsmills for less rent . Stay away Do not move here. All they want to do is take your money. My ceiling have been having issues since 6/10/18, they have ye5 to resolve the issue. They refuse to move me to another unit. The property manager cara nettles is ver6 unprofessional. She will yell at you and if you are right and she’s wrong she will call the police on you to band you from coming into the leasing office. Yes she called the police because she was wrong for over a month regarding this ceiling
Can’t Deliver Commonwealth - Can't deliver. Commonwealth contacted us 3 days prior to move in and informed us the current tenant has not moved out and the apartment will require repairs. They may not be able to honor the contract move in date, they promise to notify and keep us updated. We are notified the day of move in that the apartment is not ready. Terrible once management switched August 2017 I have lived here for years and this apt was great when it was managed my Avalon as it was called Apts of Briarwood. In Aug 2017, they lost the bid for this apt complex and the new management company is Panco. It’s been a nightmare ever since. I can’t wait until my lease is up. I will not be renewing!!
