Rolling Hills did NOT follow my instruction at all!! They screwed up our holidays budget!! You cannot TRUST Rolling Hills nor the staff!! We are going on a trip out of town for two weeks and I won't be here to make a payment rent on Jan 1st so I dropped off rent check yesterday as of 12/21/15 and wrote down note not to deposited until 1/01/16 even I talked with the staff and guess what?? Do not move in here!! Seems to be nothing but Problems, air conditioner is broke for the 3rd time now in less then two months, found a massive leak in the master bedroom, and a leak with the air conditioner in the utility closet, they "patched the outside" to stop the leak and have left the carpet in the bedroom torn up with mold on it and underneath it, the baseboard is still damp from the water and there is mold spots in the wall, the trim in the utility close is pure black mold that they simply sprayed with "mold killer" ... read more
