I've been here for over a year and management is very reasonable, keep tenants informed, and respond promptly to tenant concerns. There are many different playgrounds for kids, the pool is huge, and they routinely host community activities. The apartments are a decent size, too. ALL the elementary school kids are routed to Matsunaga ES, a top school in the county. That alone makes living here worthwhile for me. 😊
I have lived here almost 5 years, since I moved to Maryland. I was good with Rolling Hills until they allowed people to bring roaches into the building. My neighbors moved in not even 2 months ago and brought roaches with them. I reported seeing them now I have rearrange 5 years of living because the leasing agents don't properly screen future tenants. Any small amount of screening would have revealed that. And the office was like "well, people move in and shake things out and stuff comes out" and these are the people you le... read more
