We have had our ducted unit for almost three years now. When it is working properly, we are very happ with the heat pump. However, we have had a problem with the fan malfunctioning on the outside unit, which is turn burns out the board. The replacement parts don't seem to fair any better. This has happened three times now. They installed our system three years ago and a couple of small glitches but they were responsive and through My only issue is that trying to call their office can be an excruciating process as it’s always busy. You have to call multiple times and there’s no way to leave a message other than that the staff that they have ever sent to the house have always been more than professional. In

They did a great job helping to navigate the Greener Homes process and were also very competitively priced for the install of our ducted heat pump. While they sometimes take a while replying calls, emails were answered quickly and thoroughly. The tech that came for the consult was excellent and was able to answer all our questions. I was disappointed in the actual install - the team initially put the interior unit in the dead centre of the room, to the point it was difficult to get past. Great to deal with and was quick to get our issues fixed... We had a different company in to do a cleaning on our heat pump units and than 0ne unit was broken, had that company in to switch the broken unit on main floor with good unit in basement to cool main floor. Well long story short the second unit was than broken, and they still gave us a bill for breaking our units which were only 2yrs old... Not a plumbing supply store at all. Location locked. Called for access, told rudely they don’t open showroom and don’t carry plumbing supplies as though I’m an idiot for thinking they would given their name literally states they are a plumbing supply store. Would give zero out of ten if an option and will tell every person I encounter to avoid this place.
