I went to this location in need of a water heater stand. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock. Luckily, their staff were incredible! They could have just wished me luck (or not) and sent me on my way to find the part on my own but instead, they went above and beyond. They referred me to one of their competitors, which in and of itself isn't that uncommon probably BUT they insisted on calling to make sure the part was there before I left because they didn't want to waste my time.
