Had a tour at The Plaza. We did not sit down and go over any information regarding floor plans, extra expenses, move-in times, amenities, etc. Walked in and little effort was shown to greet us and talk to us about the unit that we would be touring. Did not explain the package process very well and did not offer to show us amenities at the Congress. The entire experience lasted all of 5 minutes and was overall a waste of time.
Beautiful apartments. They are very responsive with work orders, have parties for tenants, and discounts at certain restaurants.
I just moved out for the first time into The Plaza and it was made so easy by Shelby. From the tour, to getting approved and moved in she has been so incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them!!
Moving into this apartment has been made so easy! Everyone is super attentive, helpful, and nice. Shelby helped us through our move in and had been nothing but amazing. I highly recommend.
Loved my experience finding a new home here . Emily was very sweet and helped me with any questions that I had . I would definitely recommend.
