This has been the most amazing place we have ever lived, by far! If I didn't absolutely have to leave, I wouldn't. The staff is a God send and have been so kind and helpful and at the end of the day they are more concerned about us then their bottom dollar. I will forever recommend this place to anyone moving to Jacksonville. You will not regret it!

Make sure you read the fine print before you sign a lease. My brother lived there he passed away on Friday I went to the apartment and told them on Saturday and to my surprise Monday morning they changed the locks on his door! His rent was paid up till the end of the month and I was arranging for the furniture company to come and pick up the furniture they wouldn't even allow that cancelled his cable and they wouldn't let me take the boxes thank God I got most of his stuff out I tried reasoning with them but honestly they're... read more
