RecommendedI just want to say this place is truly beautiful and amazing! The staff are more than kind to help you with ANY questions about anything. The managers seem to be really on top of things and getting things done! I’m super excited for the new club house opening up! And couldn’t be more happier to be apart of such an amazing little neighborhood.
3 days after the the storm that did nothing to US not even one palm tree felt ...and manager and Management havent put the pool furniture out...and is the only amenitie this complex offers...shame shame ..and plenty of excuses...I guess either we the tenants have to put it out ourselves or buy our own ...shame 😡 Now day #5 still NO pool , excuse: They dont have enough personal to put the furniture out ..you know chairs around the pool... so hard that supposedly they have to hire a private vendor to move chairs around ....sh... read more
I got someone else's email (Perhaps a resident) and tried calling them. No answer. I found 5 different numbers, including trying to email them. Their emails bounce, and no one picks up any of the numbers. This looks like a frikking scam place. Ill just block further emails. I could not imagine living there and trying to contact them for anything. If this place is for real, DM me and I'll give you the resident info that you been contacting me about. PLEASE if you care about yourself DO NOT live here. I just moved here from a south carolina and the first night I live here they town my car. Management then kicked me out of their office. They have zero problem being lazy, unhelpful and seriously awful. I hate it here and it is my first day!!
Worst building I have ever lived in. Staff is pathetic. My car was broken into. And they do not work (literally). They don't pick up phones. Ever.
Hi, I have been tying to get in contact with the office. I have left a PLETHORA of calls and voicemails as well as calling the emergency maintenance line and have yet to receive any phone calls. It has been an extreme inconvenience for me for this is a very serious issue, at least to me... I feel like they are making a mockery out of me. Love it here. Spacious affordable apartments and friendly staff. Only con is the parking, which can be addressed with vehicles being towed or having assigned parking.
No love no respect for this place. Bunch of jackasses they didn't think of building a spacious parking lot for residents. Bullshit
