If you are going to live here (which I wouldn't recommend) make sure you have renter's insurance. They put the heating and cooling unit it the closets! I've had so many problems with mine and it was dripping water onto all my clothes. I caught it soon, but if I hadn't all my clothes would've been ruined. I've had so many major plumbing and roach problems. It does not feel like home and I can't wait until my lease is over..
Everyone & their brother has the gate code. Literally. This place is not secure.
Appears to be a great place to live. Good access to I-30 & if you are Catholic, you can walk to church.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex by far. The Place was a bit beat up, but pleasant prior to the management change with friendly staff, friendly maintenance guys, knew all of them by name. Now it is just a nightmare. Don't let the initial friendly demeanor in the office fool you! They're going to come after you for "cleaning costs" and assorted other trumped up fees once you have moved out regardless of what you pay in deposits. VERY VERY BAD COMPLEX! Same experience as the previous reviewers. They fabricated cleaning charges even though I left my apartment in great condition when I left. Tried to harass me over a water bill which I had paid. I found this particularly annoying considering I pay my bill directly to the City of Fort Worth NOT the complex. Harassed me AND my family for the fabricated charges and then turned it over to a creditor when I refused to pay. Rent here at your own peril!
I lived in this community from 2006-2009 and while the staff during the majority of the time was awesome when they switched in staff July 2009 it was a loss for this apartment complex. The new staff did not honor a verbal agreement that I had with the old staff to move out 2 weeks early, which is fine and ultimately legal, but still unfortunate.
