Roach infested apartments and people outside always fighting all hours of the night very trashy run down apartments not to mention everyone working in the leasing office very rude

Ghetto!!! Do not move here. The worse mistake I ever made in my life. I stayed inside and kept to myself. Drug dealers, shots fired, police siding with the low life's. Never have I ever seen an apartment complex so bad. The new owners do not understand how bad it is. The new staff lie, don't answer the phones or lock the doors so they don't have to deal with the tenants. It's been over 30 days and I still haven't gotten my deposit. I have a written statement I will get my full deposit. Manager said in 1 week. More lies!!
