I’m completely upset by the fact every time I go there the owner is unpleasant and unresponsive. I was there yesterday and the way my order was handled as the order was wrong when I picked up. The owner asked the employee about the mixup and the employee shouted back defensively and I had to except and pay for it anyway. The owner needs to smile and be grateful for the service people have given her over the years and handle things more tastefully. COVID measures in place? Absolutely not!

I am sorry you didn't have a good experience. I am a little confused though....I don't remember there being any mix up with orders yesterday. I was there until 7:30. I always try my best to resolve matters in a polite and dignified matter. What your describing doesn't sound like me at all. Customer service is very important to me. We aim to please. If you want a REALLY good pie, order a Large Deluxe [or 2 or 3] you won't be sorry.. There are a lot of places to by pizza's in Peterborough but, if you want the best for a fair price, GET IT AT THE PIZZA SHACK......
