Ordered food the moment they opened (11 am) for a noon meeting. By the time driver arrived it was 12:45 even though my eta was supposed to be 11:45. Every time I called for a status update they would say 15minutes. I called to talk to the manager and the employee who said her name was Maria said the manager (Ashley) is too busy to talk. I spent $163 on an order that was an hour past the time they said it would arrive. I called to talk to management and left a vm and even Facebook messaged them. Fabulous food as well as a great place to escape the office if you're in the Preston/Frankford area
Don't care about their returning customers, average pizza a little overpriced for quality. Literally hadn't eaten all day, busy day at work. Ordered a pizza, soda, and dessert plus a 20% tip. Guy came to my door never heard him. I was so tired I had passed out waiting on them. Needless to say they gave me absolutely no refund and didn't even offer a free soda or bread sticks on my next order. I get I shouldn't have fallen asleep but $30 down the drain and for nothing. Found this place by random one day and I've I can't stay away. Great pizza! Nice staff and very great atmosphere. The beer is a awesome touch and I tell people about this place all the time. MUST TRY!

We came to Dallas for a softball tournament and ran into this place. This place is awesome from top to bottom. We were treated like family and they recommended food to try. I personally recommend this place to anyone that comes to this area.
I stepped into the pizza guy store only because I was next door to get my phone fixed. I wanted a phone number and asked if they had delivery but wasn't interested in buying a pizza. The owner poured me an ice cold beer, gave me a delicious pizza AND wings for free - just to show how good it is! That is hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time - and the BEST pizza - hands down he has all my future pizza orders!!! Thx from a new customer
