This is the friendliest and most efficient place to get your car serviced in Warsaw. I have been going to the Pit Stop for the last six years, and have gotten to know the crew quite well. They are truly concerned about safety and making sure that everything is correct with your car before you leave. Love going into The Pit Stop, won't go anywhere else with my vehicle. Great, honest people working there to do their very best 100% of the time. Always greeted with smiles & great attitudes! I've gotten family to try Pit Stop & they don't go anywhere else after trying either!

Horrible place. Most of the employees there are high school drop outs. Most of the employees there are on drugs. Customers are always coming back and complaining. The employees don't no how to do there jobs. There's always oil on the under sides of cars. The employees don't no how to put skid plates on newer cars back on. Multiple customers have had there skid plates fall off. One employee put the wrong oil filter on a car and sent it out the door leaking oil from the filter. All in all its a horrible place to do business.
