My wife took her new car there for a wash, paid $7.00 and got 2 scratches on top of the bumper and the rear hatch. A great place if you want your paint scratched and no satisfaction with the owner of the business. I am taking my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.
I went to this car wash yesterday 3-22-16. I gave the guy $7.00 for full wash which they called double wash. The man sprayed my car down with I think was soap. Then he washed it with a brush. I heard some noise in back but didn't think anything about it. He then motioned for me to enter the car wash which has the brushes for top and side. Now I own a 2016 Buick Encore. I have been getting my oil changed at The Pit Stop for many years. I have never been disappointed. But today I received the best treatment ever. I don't know what the gentleman's name was who initiated my service today, but let me just say he greeted me with a smile and the greatest of respect. I was having a dreary, lonely day and his encouragement meant more than I can say. Thank you, Pit Stop. Keep up your excellent service!
This is seriously the best and most economical place around for an oil change! The guys are always super nice and you get all sorts of extras like interior vacuum, cents off gas, and a free car wash. When we don't do our own oil changes, this is the only place we go.
