Living at the Pinnacle has been nothing but fantastic! Me and my partner did a ton of looking at properties in Bethlehem, and this one blows the rest out the water. The entire basement is dedicated to amenities like a fully equipped gym, reading and game rooms, conference room, and even a vending machine. The living spaces/floorplans are top tier as well. Kim, the property manager, helped us through the application process and has been there for anything and everything we have possibly needed since moving in. Thanks Kim!
This building is so well-run; shout out to Kim! She’s easily the best property manager I’ve ever had—responsive, kind, and always on top of things. I recently had to move out of state, and was honestly pretty sad to leave. If you’re looking for a place where management actually cares, this is it.
This is my second time living at a Larken Associates managed property, and the standards are just as high as I expected! Beautiful apartments located in an amazing part of the city with plenty of friendly people around to make you feel right at home! I lived at the Pinnacle for 2 years while attending grad school in Bethlehem. I absolutely loved living here, the management and the amenities of the building were exactly what I was looking for. The building is in a great location near Main Street Bethlehem and is a quiet building, which makes it very comforting to live in.
