The new management team is a life saver! My parents have been housed here for about 6 yrs. Within that time, work needed in their unit accumulated and grew worse unfortunately. Italy and Miles’ stepped in and tended to every single thing so quickly, we’re in shock. Their professionalism and response is top tier and is greatly appreciated. If management everywhere could be like this, home would ever be so sweet. If I could give less than one star, I would. As a resident for the past year, I was hoping the new management company would improve things, but that has not been the case. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. I’ve been incorrectly charged additional rent for insurance fees, despite providing all required documentation ahead of time specifically to avoid this issue. Calls and emails have gone unanswered. The behavior of the new management company is really bad. They asked for insurance information since they have to update their system and i send them immediately. Then they started adding extra charges . When i first reach out to them, they said we will check and get back to you. They never did. Second time when i reached, they behaved really rudely and blamed me for not having reach out to them. Please avoid the apartment its no more like it used to be where people was there to help you and not blame you. They just care abo... read more
If you have the second car it’s absolutely weird place to stay! It’s always hard to find street parking place! Management is also not friendly!
