My mom and I went for a walk in on Saturday and had literally the best experience! My mom was VERY nervous to get her second lobe piercing but the environment was so calm and clean and Christina was so reassuring and patient. We had an absolutely amazing experience getting my baby’s ears pierced! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I had a genuinely great experience here. I’ve had my belly button pierced four times before, so I was honestly really nervous going in because I have a lot of scar tissue and my previous experiences were extremely painful, especially during healing. This time was completely different. The piercing itself was quick and far less painful than I expected, even with scar tissue, and afterward I was basically back to normal. Brett was amazing!!!! First time in 4 years getting a piercing and I've waited to get my piercing because I wanted it to be by a specialized professional and he checked all the boxes. Made something so difficult look so easy. Very informative and makes the experience quick and comfortable. I’ve been back multiple times now for a variety of piercings and have nothing but good things to say. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided high quality services. I got my nipples pierced and have had zero issues with the healing process, my ear piercings were all quick and handled very gently. 10/10 recommend to anyone.
