My father and mother have been residents of the Piedmont for several years. There are good and then there are REALLY bad. Pros: Grounds on the inside are nice. Pool is clean, plenty of sitting, and a nice courtyard to relax in. The programs are excellent! My mom loves the painting class, potlucks, and newly created Old Lady PJ party. Cannot rave enough about the programs! Cons: The building is old and appliances are not properly replaced. Cupboards are old and falling apart. I toured this apartment with my grandmother it's so nice and perfect for her we were interested in the one bedroom the staff was very accommodating and the leasing process for her was very straightforward and seamlessly easy she loves her new home! She enjoys working out at the gym there.
