Avoid this office! The entire staff is rude including Bloom! Paula was a little help but then stopped returning calls! No one knows what’s going on with their patients! Once you give them the same treatment you receive from them then they become offended by it! I waited for almost two weeks for an answer on a medication and then I was told it’s my insurance and pharmacy’s fault, but yet it’s the office not sending the correct prescription! Irish Dorsey was a horrible provider. Very unprofessional. I wasn’t your patient my brother was. But even if I was, wouldn’t that be a hipaa violation to share with the world that you did know me or don’t? 🧐
I missed an appointment because I was in the hospital with a kidney stone and I was told I would need to pay a 79.00 missed appointment fee. Even with documents as proof. How rude can you be? Are you a little $ hungry. Certainly there are ethical principles you are supposed to operate by… I just read your response to my complaint and that is a straight out LIE. I'll be filing complaints. Your phone staff are not only rude but are liars too! I hope you have recording devices on your phone conversations.
Dr. Bloom, Dr. Nguyen, Dr. West and the entire staff are the best and I highly recommend them!! If I could give them more stars I would!
