I had my appointment at 1:45 i get a call 1:25 saying i was supposed to be there now at 1:25 i said i was on my way, my appointment is not until 1:45 and the lady was like no you had to be here right now we need you to sign a form and there’s a 5 minute grace period for being late your a no show/late and that’s going to be 75$ fee it was 1:25 I live 8 minutes away my appointment was not until 1:45 and there’s 5 minute grace period that leaves me until 1:50 to be considered late. she cancelled my appointment because I was on ... read more

I had a very frustrating experience with this pain clinic. Communication from the office was extremely poor. Phone calls were rarely returned, even after leaving multiple messages. When we were able to speak with staff, the responses were often unclear and felt like they were avoiding straightforward answers. The Spanish-speaking staff we interacted with were also very rude and did not communicate information clearly. This made it difficult to understand important details about the care being provided.
