I had a very frustrating experience with this pain clinic. Communication from the office was extremely poor. Phone calls were rarely returned, even after leaving multiple messages. When we were able to speak with staff, the responses were often unclear and felt like they were avoiding straightforward answers. The Spanish-speaking staff we interacted with were also very rude and did not communicate information clearly. This made it difficult to understand important details about the care being provided.
