Loofy started being groomed at The Pet Stop early 2011. He has never been groomed anywhere else. He kisses and licks all over Mike (the groomer) every time he sees him. Every 8 to 10 weeks...Loofy has been groomed a lot. Mike gets down and talks to each pet before taking him/her to the grooming room. I appreciate that. It makes the hand off from owner to groomer less stressful for skittish pets.
This is the best Vet place in town, Dr. Riley is so awesome and my kids love him!
Groomer was too aggressive with our skiddish mini-poodle, kept pushing when the dog was wiggling and jumping away, so he is obviously scared and with no escape, he bit the groomer. The groomer said he wouldn't ever see him ever when we called later and tried to figure out a plan to introduce them in a low stress way. We were veterinary clients and probably won't return.
We've been going to Pet Stop since our 9 year old beagle was born. Dr. Wilson and the entire staff helped diffuse a panicked situation with compitance and extreme compassion. I came in right at 730 am, no appointment, with a dog experiencing breathing trouble. They fit me in, got us evaluated and on our way to rest at home.
