The staff here is amazing!!! I have puppy weimaraner and she is very shy!! She goes to daycare and will be boarded soon and has been so happy.....she actually gets excited when we get close to the building and jumps
I was so nervous leaving my dogs behind while I went out of town, however, I had such a positive experience with the pet barracks. My dogs seem to of had a great time and look great after being groomed!! I will definitely be taking my dogs back!
Love, love, love LouLou, the best groomer in El Paso! I have 2 shih Tzu s and a standard Poodle, beautiful care and cuts. You dont have to worry your babies will stuck in a cage for hours they are done in good time. Thank you all at the Pet Barracks!
First time taking my Saint Bernard inane I am so glad I did! She looks great, smells great, and seemed so happy. Using your services from now on.
It is obvious dogs/cats are loved & cared for here. Our guarded rescue has fallen in love with the place. He WAS exhausted upon pick-up because of all the playing. The employees were very professional & prompt at both drop-off and pick-up. Makes leaving our fur-baby behind a lot less stressful.

I just want to give a big thanks to the staff and especially the groomer at Pet Barracks. I was so hesitant to get my dogs nails clipped since the,last time I took him somewhere else he became highly aggressive. The staff took the time to interact with my dog, so he was comfortable getting them clipped! I will be bringing my fur babies back!
We left our 10 month old pup at the Pet Barracks over the Memorial Day weekend. They came recommended by our vet and we were impressed by their friendliness and facilities. Once we returned and picked up our dog, all appeared fine until we got her home. She is now very skittish, shies away from strangers and will dart from loud noises and when we move towards her too quickly. She acts very afraid and hesitant around my husband.
