RecommendedStaff is understanding and very polite. My pup seems happy and excited to be there. The grooming service was well done as well
My two dogs have severe separation anxiety and they like to try to wander. We almost couldn't go on vacation because we couldn't find someone willing to work with them. The Pet Barracks did an amazing job accommodating them to make them comfortable and have a great time! They loved their stay!
The staff here are super accommodating of whatever your pet needs. Need a big playgroup and odd feeding schedule? They'll do it. Your pup can't have dog contact and prefers one on one time with humans? They can do it too. There's onsite grooming too, they're just missing a vet to make it a one stop shop, and they'll even take your pet for you if they get sick while boarded. My girls love it here. Jax is always so happy to come here... he is always well taken care of by the amazing staff!
My cat is always happy here! I can't complain! Staff is so nice and responsive. Receiving the pet update while I am away is a big plus! I would recommend this place to everyone.
