I was very impressed with how accommodating this whole experience was to our needs for our fur baby. She is a Siberian Husky so I was a little concerned with how she would be looked after being a high maintenance breed and all...We had her here for daycare yesterday the 19th of May and I cannot say enough positive things about this place! Great place to board your pets! All of the staff are very nice and the facilities are very clean. We have been bringing our cats here for almost two years.

Hi Christie, I am so sorry that you had this experience. We do have policies in place for this, and we do require for parents to be notified if their pets are not eating. Usually adding wet food to entice them is enough to get them to eat. I will be speaking with all the employees about this. I understand you trusted us with your family, and we fell short and that is not okay. We will be looking into the situation to see how this happened and prevent this from happening in the future.
