RecommendedBeen using the Perfect Fit for years.... have always done "perfect" alterations for me!
You are supposed to be open and my daughter is there trying to pick up her dress for Silver Ball tonight that you told her she would be able to pick up today and NO ONE is at your shop 😡😡
awful customer service, no communication, made me miss my bridal pictures because I was told to pick up dress on day it was closed. when I asked for my receipt that had Sunday written on it, the Spanish man crumbled it up and refused to give it to me. told me he did the dress it's done and said they never told me Sunday even though it was written on receipt. when I opened dress to look at it it had pins left all in it. I have never been treated so poorly by a business.
Would give 0 stars if possible. They ordered the wrong item and claimed they couldn’t get the right ones. However, this took months of US contacting THEM to find out. They did not call with updates. When asked for a refund they rudely refused, claiming that we wasted their time. Terrible communication and terrible customer service.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I never rate places but I feel like I need to inform the public. We rented a tux from this place and the shirt came in way too large (even though they measured him and they also do alterations). They offered to take it in to make it smaller, we pick it up Friday and the shirt was still too large but nothing we could do since prom was the next day. Granted we went in 2 weeks in advance. They are so great! I brought them a shell dress and they made it into my dream dress. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and great craftsmanship.
