so i applied with my boyfriend for a 1 bedroom. out income and credit is way above what they said they needed from us. we apply and got denied after waiting a week for a response. when we ask why we were denied, they say it’s because their AI SYSTEM USED TO SCREEN APPLICANTS denied us, not them. not one human looked at our application. it was all AI. this is the most wild thing i’ve ever heard that an apartment has done. because they’re so quick to take out 50 dollar application fee KNOWING that it’s not likely we would get ... read more
Their mailroom is pretty small, it’s almost like an unused closet. I wish it was a bit bigger so all my Amazon deliveries could fit in there
Edit: It seemed that there was a big miscommunication during the managers’ transition period during our first visit, yet the new manager Eileen was so helpful and was extremely amiable during our second tour attempt today. Building management has been top tier here. Mayra has provided excellent customer service, promptness on replies, and overall good vibes. Recently had a slew of maintenance requests and shipping issues which she handled with much grace and urgency. In addition, living here has been really peaceful and nice. Respectful neighbors, quiet area, nice living conditions (really new units), and amenities (grill and pool area; soon a gym).
