My husband and I have been with Peoples for over four years. unfortunately their customer service is horrible lately. To talk someone you need on the phone is a joke and forget leaving a voicemail, you'll just be waisting your breath. The only thing consistantly here is their lack of communication and not taking responsibility for their or each others actions. Maybe someone will actually respond to this in a more timely manner than a voicemail or phone call
It's a fight every month to get my card to work ontop every atm is never in good working service. Worst bank ever
Good luck trying to get a loan. Applied online and after three days no one had a clue what branch it was at to do the closing. Not the first time this has happened. VERY disorganized, after 16 years with peoples I will be finding a new credit union. Never enough people to be helped in a timely manner.
Please DO NOT DO LOANS WITH THIS COMPANY! I paid my vehicle off ahead of time over two months ago and they continue to draft money from my account. Each time I call, I get terrible attitudes, hung up on, and treated like an idiot. They added a false charge to the end of my loan after I paid the vehicle off. No one there seems to have the knowledge to fix anything. Jamie is rude, Caroline treats you like you are wasting her time even though they have taken thousands of dollars that I don’t owe.
